Sakura Japonese Restaurant

The moment I stepped through the entrance of the Sakura Japanese Restaurant on Via Expressa, I was greeted by an unexpected sight – a spa to my left.
I didn’t try it, but a mental note was made: “I have to come back for this.”
And then, right at the entrance, a samurai suit caught my attention, immediately setting the tone for what felt like stepping into unknown lands.
Walking further into the restaurant, I was struck by the meticulous attention to detail.
The famous pink cherry blossoms scattered throughout the space, the décor resembling a charming Japanese garden, and touches of kawaii culture all around.
It felt like being transported to a different world, designed to give you that Japanese vibe.
But the true highlight awaited me upstairs. That was my favorite part – private rooms designed with authentic Japanese tables and chairs, exuding an exotic aura that made everything feel special.
The lighting, the colors, the atmosphere – it all worked together to make you forget you were still in Luanda. I absolutely loved it.
And the entertainment options only add to the experience. There’s a golf course where you can practice your swing for 2.5 euros per hour on weekdays and 5 euros on weekends.
Though I didn’t see them myself, I heard there are also rooms for playing pool. Spending an entire day there must be an absolute blast.
Since I visited while working on my fitness video in Luanda, I kept it simple: just a refreshing pitaya juice and a salad.
But let’s be real – the next time I go there, I’m diving into the full culinary experience without a second thought. Gym sessions can wait; one time doesn’t count, right?
And here’s the best part – the prices seemed surprisingly reasonable. Everything looked accessible and inviting, making me even more eager to return.
