Day visits (day use)

Netu’s Village is primarily a resort for overnight stays, but it is also known as a day-trip destination on Mussulo. Many visitors come just to spend the day enjoying the pool, the private beach and the relaxed atmosphere.

  • Day-use visitors usually arrive by boat from the Luanda mainland to the Macoco area of Mussulo.
  • Once at the resort, you can use the pool area, relax on the beach loungers and order drinks and meals at the bars and restaurant.
  • There is no fixed public day-fee table; the resort often works with a minimum consumption per person or per table for external guests.
  • Some days there may be special day-use packages, sometimes including boat transfer from Luanda.

Getting there

Netu's Village Resort is located on the contra-costa of Mussulo, in the Macoco area of the Mussulo peninsula. Guests usually reach the resort by boat from the Luanda mainland, with embarkation points commonly used for Mussulo such as Benfica or other nearby piers.

Travel time by boat is normally around 20–30 minutes, depending on the departure point and sea conditions. Sometimes there are packages that include the boat transfer organised directly by the resort, so it’s worth asking when you book.
