Shogun

I came here to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and I had no idea what to expect. She just told me: “Dress well, we’re going somewhere special!” And she was right — this place was a total surprise.

We arrived at Shogun, and I was immediately impressed by the setting. The atmosphere is classy but relaxed, and the location is amazing — right on Ilha, with multiple areas to choose from.

They have an indoor dining room with air conditioning, a beautiful terrace facing the sea, a beachside area with sunbeds and tables in the sand, a poolside zone with a bar where you can enjoy your drink right from the pool, and even a teppanyaki counter where the chef cooks right in front of you.

Since we got there a bit earlier, we stayed outside enjoying the vibe until lunchtime. It really felt like a little escape from the city.

The place is absolutely stunning. I loved the décor — a mix of tropical charm and modern design, with artistic touches that make it feel truly unique. It’s definitely on the more expensive side, but if you’re looking to treat yourself or celebrate something special, Shogun is worth it.
