When running, the train is typically one of the most affordable and predictable options, taking around 45 minutes via Viana from Bungo.
Schedules & fares when service resumes
- Daily frequency from morning to late evening.
- Previous promotional round-trip fare: 2,500 Kz.
- Regular one-way fare: 5,000 Kz.
- Tickets are usually bought at the station, so arriving early helps at busy times.
The public company TCUL runs routes linking the new airport to several parts of Luanda.
- Patterns: short semi-express routes with about 4 stops and longer semi-express routes with about 7 stops.
- Operating hours: usually from around 04:00 until the last flight.
